Dmitry Palubin graduated in 2004 from the Law faculty of the Academy of the International University in Moscow majoring in jurisprudence.
Joined Klishin & Partners in 2003. In 2007 he was included in the Regional Register of Advocates of Moscow under registration number 77/8566.
Dmitry Palubin represents our clients in the arbitration courts that examine economic disputes, bankruptcy cases, transfers of title to interests, stocks and securities, as well as cases related to the activities of registration agencies and depositories.
During his career Mr. Palubin was successful in challenging the resolutions of general meetings, meetings of boards of directors and supervisory boards. On more than one occasion he contested the decisions of the securities market regulators, anti-trust agencies, Russian Federal Agency for Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism, Federal Tax Service, represented clients in cases related to administrative offenses.
Dmitry Palubin efficiently represents clients in general courts with regard to the cases related to the establishment of facts of legal significance, acceptance and division of estate, recovery of debt under loan contracts, recovery proceedings against mortgaged property.
He also renders legal assistance in the course of attempts to capture real estate and industrial assets and in doing so he files applications to arbitration courts, interior agencies, public prosecutor offices, holds negotiations with raiders. Dmitry Palubin assists in the deals involving interests and shares in businesses; arranges for the incorporation of legal entities, issue of securities; takes part in the enforcement proceedings.
Mr. Palubin handles cases related to bankruptcies, subsidiary liability, claims from creditors.
