For example, in the business sphere such procedure is governed by Chapter 31 of the RF Code of Arbitration Procedure. It should be noted that decisions of both international commercial arbitration courts and state courts may be enforced in Russia. Meanwhile, if a Russian court considers that a foreign court decision is contrary to the public order in the RF, an application for the enforcement of such decision may be rejected. Irregularities in the proceedings may also serve as the reason for such rejection.
