Andrey Malyshev graduated from the Law Faculty of the Russian State Social University where he had majored in jurisprudence (Criminal Law Chair) in 2018.

In 2019-2020 he worked as an investigator in the Moscow Main Investigation Directorate of the RF Investigative Committee.

Joined K&P as Trainee in June 2020.

Languages include English.

Mr. Malyshev took an active part in the hearings on criminal cases in courts of general jurisdiction.
