In 2009 K&P was the successful bidder in the tender held by the RF Ministry of Justice for the engagement of legal advisors to the Office of the Authorized Representative of the Russian Federation with the European Court of Human Rights — Deputy Minister of Justice. The purpose of the tender was to ensure the protection of the RF interests in the ECHR. As a result, government contracts for legal services in matters related to criminal, civil and international laws were concluded between the RF Ministry of Justice and Klishin & Partners Attorneys at Law, Moscow.
