These data were initially published on YouTube, a web resource controlled by Google, Inc.

Savelovsky Dictrict Court of Moscow obligated Mail.ru Group Limited, the respondent in the case, to stop the publication of the web address in the search engine providing access to such data.

The court ruling became effective within the set timescale upon approval by the appeals instance which had not identified any violation in the material and procedural laws.
