On more than one occasion he contested the decisions of the securities market regulators, anti-trust agencies, Russian Federal Agency for Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism, Federal Tax Service, represented clients in cases related to administrative offenses.

Dmitry Palubin efficiently represents clients in general courts with regard to the cases related to the establishment of facts of legal significance, acceptance and division of estate, recovery of debt under loan contracts, recovery proceedings against mortgaged property.
