Mr. Malakhov successfully defends major companies in courts, including regular courts and arbitration tribunals. His clientele includes such companies as OJSC Federal Grid Company of the Unified Energy System, PJSC Rosseti, OJSC Rus-Hydro, OJSC Khimprom, OJSC Promsintez, CJSC BSK-M, CJSC Exprocenter and many others.

In the years of his attorney practice Mr. Malakhov exercised legal control over privatization procedures in major Russian enterprises.

He takes an active part in the restructuring of legal entities of various forms of ownership and successfully renders legal support in numerous transactions related to the purchase and sale of securities, interests in LLCs, as well as in the formalization of agreements between shareholders (members), including settlement of pre-contractual disputes.
